ABOUT
Welcome to Villa Nomadica!
We’re Willemien & Pim and our son Bo. We’re excited to introduce you to our beautifully renovated villa in Lanzarote.
Since 2011, Playa Blanca has been our second home. We instantly fell in love with the island’s sunny skies and fantastic year-round climate—a refreshing escape from our winters in the Netherlands.
From October to March, we run a Sailing Center at Marina Rubicon, catering to athletes from Youth to Olympic levels, and the villa serves as our private residence during this period.
In the summer months, we open up our villa and the charm of Playa Blanca to guests like you. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
OUR VILLA
The villa offers a beautiful private pool, perfect for lounging under the warm Lanzarote sun while the kids play and enjoy the water. The spacious pool area is designed with families in mind, making it an ideal spot for a fun and relaxing holiday with little ones.
As the day winds down, take advantage of the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. Whether you're grilling fresh local seafood or preparing a casual family meal, the space is perfect for gathering with loved ones and savoring long, relaxing summer evenings outdoors. VILLA RULES
CHECK-IN INFORMATION
We want to ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival for all our guests. Here are the details:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be possible upon request, depending on availability.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to this time to allow us to prepare the villa for the next guests. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
DAMAGE
Any accidental damage occurs, please report it to us immediately. We will assess the situation internally to determine if and how much of the repair costs will need to be covered.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The number of guests staying at the villa must not exceed the number specified in your booking confirmation. If additional guests need to be accommodated upon arrival, this may be possible, provided there are enough beds available.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Please use the covered entrance area, the terrace, or the garden if you wish to smoke. We also ask that you properly dispose of cigarette remains.
COMMUNITY
We kindly ask you to respect the community by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m. By being considerate of the people and properties around you, you'll ensure a more enjoyable vacation for everyone. Please note that excessive noise or unruly behavior may result in eviction from the property, and the vacation rental agreement may be terminated. This could lead to the loss of your rental fees. the villa is not suitable for parties, only family vacations.
NO PETS ALLOWED
Please note that pets are not permitted in the villa. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.

SEE & DO
PLAYA FLAMINGO
The closest beach to the villa, just a 10-minute walk away. Playa Flamingo is a family-friendly beach with calm, clear waters and fine golden sand. It's ideal for swimming and sunbathing.
PLAYA DORADA
Located a short drive from Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada offers beautiful views and crystal-clear water. This beach is popular for its excellent facilities and tranquil setting. Nearby, you'll find various restaurants and shops.
PAPAGAYO BEACHES
Known for their natural beauty and pristine environment, the Papagayo Beaches are a bit further away but definitely worth a visit. The clear blue water is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The beaches are situated in a protected natural area, ensuring a serene and unspoiled atmosphere.
TOURIST MARKET
Every Wednesday and Saturday, the Marina Rubicón hosts a market featuring souvenirs and typical Lanzarote lava stones.
TIMANFAYA NATIONAL PARK
This spectacular volcanic landscape offers breathtaking views and a unique experience. Take a guided tour through the park to explore the geothermal activity that makes it special. The park is famous for its "Fire Mountain" (Montañas del Fuego) and dramatic lava formations.
LA GERIA
Visit this distinctive wine region known for its unique vineyards planted in volcanic soil. Tour local wineries for tastings and learn about Lanzarote's traditional winemaking methods. The region also provides picturesque views and excellent photo opportunities.
TEGUISE
This charming historic town features a lively market on Sundays. Explore the stalls for local products and souvenirs, and stop by La Cantina for delicious tapas. Teguise is also a great place to learn about the island's culture and history.
PADEL
A public padel court is just 300 meters from the house. We provide a complete set of rackets and padel balls for your use. To ensure you have a spot to play, you can also book a padel court in advance.
ENTERTAINMENT FOR KIDS
For our younger guests, we have a selection of childrens toys, including a wooden train and family games, stored in the cabinets downstairs. Additionally, a Nintendo Wii with various games is set up for fun. If the Wii controllers batteries run low, please replace them for the benefit of future guests.
RECCOMANDATIONS
In the folder provided, you will find a selection of cards highlighting our favorite restaurants and great spots for lunch, drinks, or sunset cocktails. We recommend making reservations in advance to secure a table.
